I find that I keep getting alot of the same questions asked over and over again, so I put up this page to answer the most common questions I get. Please review this FAQ before emailing me for the first time. 95% of inquiries I receive are related to these common issues.  Please note, if you do not get a speedy reply, it is because your question as already been posted up here. If your questions are still not answered, you can contact us for support.

1. Can I purchase your plans individually if I don't want the whole set?
We have a select few plans that we offer individually, our most popular plans.  However, since our complete package contains well over 15,000 plans, the only way to get them all is to purchase the complete set.

2. Can I view these designs from a different PC or print them?
You can save the plans to your PC or print them out at anytime. 

3. What software do I need to view your plans?
You need the latest copy of Adobe Reader that is available for free online. All of our plans come in PDF format. If you are having trouble opening the PDF file, that means your Adobe Reader is out of date. Simply download the latest version from Adobe.com and you are good to go.

4. I receive an error when I try to order.
We've partnered with PayPal to handle all of the order processing on this site. PayPal is the leading retailer of digital products and has a very reliable ordering system. If the order page doesn't work please try again in a couple of minutes.

5. Can I pay by telephone or send a money order or check?
We only accept online payments. In addition to credit cards, we also offer payments via PayPal. We use a 3rd party processor(PaPal) which handles the transaction to ensure safety and security for your payments. I'm sorry, but we do not accept phone orders or mail in orders.

6. Is it safe to buy online?

! Our merchant processor, PayPal, is the premier choice of businesses selling their products and services online. They have an excellent track record of safety and security for online purchases, any your information is NOT revealed to anyone else, not even us.

PayPal's secured and approved merchant process is noted by a yellow lock at the bottom or top of the page during your order. Using the latest encrypting technology, 128-bit SSL ensures a safe and secure transaction.

7.What if my computer crashes and I lose all my files?
No problem. Once you order the SuperShedPlans Package you will receive a lifetime access to the members area. If you lose access, simply contact support and you'll get the most updated login information.

8. Is it compatible with Macs?
Yes, you'll be able to view all of our plans on your MAC.

9. Am I allowed to resell these plans?
No.  All of our unique plans are copyrighted by SuperShedPlans.com. Redistribution is not permitted.

10. How do I purchase the SuperShedPlans Package?
You can do so by going to the order page and add it to your cart, you can check out as you normally would on any commerce site.

11. I'm interested in offering you my SEO services.  May I email you with some details?
We appreciate your offer of help to get us better rankings on the search engines. Since you were able to find us, I think we are doing fine! You may spend all the time you want emailing us every day, but I'm sorry, we will not respond.

12. What happened to your affiliate program, I spent a lot time trying to advertise your site!
Unfortunately, due to lack of interest, we have decided to end our affiliate program.  The program was simply not cost effective for us to continue to offer it.  We were restricted into offering only our complete package on our sales page, and by transforming this into a regularly functioning ecommerce store, we are able to offer multiple product choices to our customers, which is what our customers told us they wanted.
